the building is finished.
Once the building is finished, sound is played inside
and measured as it carries to the floor below. Over the limit, and the builder has to redo the work,
and completion can be delayed.
But only 2 in 100 units
are ever tested
In a 1,000-unit complex, just 20 units are measured.
The other 980 are occupied without ever being checked. Why isn't every unit measured?

2024년 12월 ~ 현재 운영 중
베트남 호치민 대표사무소 설립
동남아 진출 교두보 확보. 이후 모든 글로벌 프로젝트의 실행 기반이 됨.
